Oxford, Paris, and other things

 Yes, why? Why this interest in this country? I realise that, apart from my two home countries, this is the country I have most visited... why? Why did I go to big and small places such as: Schweinfurt, Bonn, Berlin, Lübeck, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Rheine, Hamburg, Köln (Cologne), Tübingen,  Sierksdorf, Nuremberg, Waldenbuch and many others!  Well, there was the question of education in France... if you were studying German as first language in highschool, you were going to a class with a higher level compared with English as first language. But then why not Spanish or Italian? Well it seems a lot of work was done to reconciliate France with Germany starting in the 1950s. Who would have thought that after years, centuries! of wars between the two countries, they would become close allies and even partners in Europe.                                        ...

j'ai rien fait depuis... plus d'une semaine... je lis quand même, en train de m'étonner à découvrir un nouveau roman Un train nommé Russie la couverte est nulle, plutôt racoleuse, mais le contenu est bien, des passages hilarants, comme la lecture des poètes (ce qui va donner des souvenirs à tous ceux qui ont dû lire des poèmes dans des soirées fumeuses et enfumées comme celle-là...) et plein de passages touchants sur cet âge particulier et si difficile de la fin de l'adolescence. Et puis la visite du prof à un de ses élèves qui s'est trop pris la tête sur Camus.. "Ayant dévoré dans la nuit Tropique du Cancer Micha reparut à la fac dès le lendemain matin. (...) Etudiant avec l'intérêt d'un humain normal chacune des potentielles Tanais, dont un e quantité plus que considérable allait et venait à travers la faculté de lettres." -ça c'est de la guérison... et puis sinon quoi d'autre... grace à un ami, j'ai acheté pour peu cher...

j'ai enfin retrouvé mon mot de passe pour Librarything donc j'ai pu mettre la collection russe de ma bibliothèque dessus
